Refund policy

Exchanges only.

We have a 10 day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange in the case your ring shows up damaged or defective. 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must send us photos of your defective ring to headquarters@D1VINE.ca You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We will cover the shipping expenses and provide the exchange at no extra cost. It is our duty to supply our one of a kind customers with happiness.
